Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 1176) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 69                                                                               
    "An Act relating to regulation of shallow natural gas leasing and                               
    closely related energy projects; and providing for an effective

Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate                                    
amendment to HB 69, thus adopting SCS HB 69(RES), and
